Directions
Belmont Bay is located in Woodbridge, Virginia, not far from historic Occoquan, just minutes off busy Interstate 95.A short drive from all three of the D.C. metropolitan area’s airports, 30 minutes from Reagan National, 45 minutes from Dulles International and only 1 hour from Baltimore Washington International.
From the North:
Take I-95 South from the Beltway (495)past the Springfield interchange for 8 miles. Take Exit 161, Route 1 South to Woodbridge (left exit). Proceed on Route 1 for 2 miles, just over the Occoquan River and take a left on Dawson Beach Road (4th traffic light), then an immediate left on Express Drive, the VRE Woodbridge Station will be on the left. After a ¼ mile Express Drive becomes Belmont Bay Drive. Continue on Belmont Bay Drive to the first traffic circle and go around to the left onto Palisades Street. Bare right onto Harbor Side Street and the marina is down on the right.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to Exit 160-A, Route 123 East to Woodbridge. Continue on Route 123 East for ¾ mile and turn right on to Route 1 South. Take a left on Dawson Beach Road (1st traffic light), then an immediate left on Express Drive, the VRE Woodbridge Station will be on the left. After a ¼ mile Express Drive becomes Belmont Bay Drive. Continue on Belmont Bay Drive to the first traffic circle and go around to the left onto Palisades Street. Bare right onto Harbor Side Street and the marina is down on the right.
From the West:
From I-66, take the Fairfax County Parkway, Route 7100 East to the Ox Road Exit. Take Ox Road (Route 123) East to Woodbridge. Continue on 123 East approximately 10 miles to a right on Route 1 South. Take a left on Dawson beach Road (1st traffic light), then an immediate left on Express Drive, the VRE Woodbridge Station will be on the left. After a ¼ mile Express Drive becomes Belmont Bay Drive. Continue on Belmont Bay Drive to the first traffic circle and go around to the left onto Palisades Street. Bare right onto Harbor Side Street and the marina is down on the right.
