About Belmont Bay Harbor

Belmont Bay Harbor is located within a unique, upscale waterfront community setting at the confluence of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers.  For centuries, this historic area has greeted adventurers, by water and land, on their journeys toward Washington, DC and the Chesapeake Bay. Discover Belmont Bay for yourself and enjoy the serenity, gorgeous views and convenience to the Potomac River.

The location of the Harbor, near the mouth of the Occoquan River, makes for a quick transit to the Potomac River, to sail north towards Washington D.C., or south towards the Chesapeake Bay.

The floating dock system of high-quality Brazilian “Ipe” walnut decking contains 158 boat slips ranging from 30 to 50 feet in length, located within a breakwater protected harbor.  Your boat will be safe and sound within the quiet basin!
