Belmont Bay Marina is a beautifully positioned marina on the banks of the Occoquan River. The floating dock system with Brazilian Walnut contains 158 boat slips ranging from 30 to 50 feet in length.Visit the harbor master building and get Belmont Bay merchandise.
Electrical power service of 30 amps is available for smaller slips, while 50 amp services are available to accommodate larger slips (click on the Marina layout for further details). Other amenities include unleaded gas and diesel fuel docks, laundry, two pump-out stations, gated security access to docks, showers, ships store, Wi-Fi, ample parking, on-site Carefree Boat Club location, and nearby VRE station.
One of the unique benefits of Belmont Bay Marina is its strategic position on the Occoquan River. Located just past the start of a No Wake Zone, it offers convenient access to the Potomac River that no other marina on the Occoquan can provide. The No Wake Zone ensures that Belmont Bay’s serene natural environment is protected and that all docked vessels remain undisturbed.
